We inspect the roof, decking, ventilation and flashing, then give you a written estimate with material options.
We remove the old roof down to the decking, check every board and repair any rotted wood before going further.
New underlayment, new flashing at every opening and your chosen roofing material, installed to the manufacturer’s specifications.
A full clean-up including a magnetic nail sweep, a final walk-through, and your manufacturer and workmanship warranties in writing.
We work with lending partners Wisetack and Upgrade, so you can spread the cost of a new roof over monthly payments. You can check your options without affecting your credit score.
